Sorry I haven’t been on in awhile

I’ve gained so much weight and I’ve been so ashamed of myself. I started school though and am working on getting my CNA. My health has been declinging. My dog died yesterday and I started my period.

Things just haven’t been going so well lately :(

Now I’m not saying that I’m proED in anyway. I’m not telling people to starve themselves or throw up/take laxatives. I’m just here for people who want to lose weight and need support. You don’t need to go to extreme measures to lose weight but sometimes it is conventional for us to do so. So if you starve/ purge, that’s all on you. You can also lose weight by having a good diet and exercise plan. Just remember, you are not alone.
